Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, phone number, email address, property details and message when you use our forms.
• Information about site use: pages viewed, clicks on Call, WhatsApp, Email, Website and booking-link buttons, and basic device and browser information.
• Listing information: business details of properties, such as name, address, phone, email, website, description and photos. For some listings this information comes from publicly available sources.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and manage Verified listings.
• To run and improve the directory, and to measure how the site is used.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.

3. Who can see it

• Our team, and the service providers we use to run the site (such as hosting, email and analytics).
• Phone numbers, emails and websites shown on listings are public, because they exist so guests can contact the property directly.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage your listing, and for a reasonable period afterwards. We review what we hold regularly and delete information we no longer need.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to change or remove a listing for your property, by contacting us at Info@BaghdadBooking.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website can be completely secure.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page. Questions: Info@BaghdadBooking.com.
