By using Baghdad Booking you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Andhimat Al Najah Company (ANC) for General Trading, Tourism Investments and Real Estate Investments LLC, Baghdad, Iraq.

1. What this site is

Baghdad Booking is a listing directory only. We do not take bookings or payments from guests and we do not set or display property prices. Guests contact the property directly. We are not a party to any booking, payment, agreement or dispute between a guest and a property.

2. Confirm details with the owner

Information on the site is provided by property owners and other sources and may change. Please confirm details, prices and availability directly with the property owner before you decide.

3. The Verified badge

Every Verified listing is checked by our team, in person or remotely, to confirm the property exists. The Verified badge is not a guarantee of quality, safety, standards or service. Verified listings appear first and are paid placements.

4. Listings and owners

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the details and photos they provide, and confirm they have the right to use them.
Verified is a monthly paid service. Payment terms are agreed directly with our team.
The Verified badge and top placement end when the paid period ends, or if we can no longer confirm that the property exists.
We may edit, hide or remove any listing, for example if it is inaccurate, cannot be confirmed, or the owner asks us to remove it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy or scrape the site, post false or misleading listings, or use the contact details on the site to send spam or unwanted messages.

6. Content and copyright

The design and text of this site belong to us. Listing photos and descriptions belong to their owners. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any property.

8. Changes, law and contact
